Roll-Off Dumpsters
Roll-Offs
What is a roll-off dumpster?
A roll-off dumpster is a heavy-duty, open-top rectangular container. It is an efficient way to handle large amounts of demolition and trash from commercial, industrial and residential projects.

We offer 3 roll-off dumpsters to fit different projects: 13 yards, 17 yards and 21 yards. For specifics on sizing and capacity visit our roll-offs page.

What can/can't I put in the dumpster?
We have a list of acceptable and prohibited items here. If you have any questions on items feel free to reach out to us.
How long can I keep the dumpster?

Delivery & Pickup
What does my dumpster estimate include?
Your rental includes delivery, up to a 14-day rental, pick-up and disposal.
Do I need to be there for delivery and/or pick up of my roll-off dumpster?
No, you do not need to be present for delivery or pickup as long as certain conditions are met. During booking, you’ll provide specific placement instructions. The dumpster must be easily accessible, with no obstructions such as vehicles, trailers, or equipment blocking access. Snow and debris should be cleared, and materials inside the dumpster must be level with the top (not overloaded). If these conditions are met, we can safely deliver or remove the dumpster without you being on-site.
Where will you place the dumpster?
We will place the dumpster where you request. As long as it is safe and accessible for our truck. Driveway deliveries are the most common. We lay down wood boards to help protect the surface.
Tight spaces: Let us know in advance if you have limited space or a special placement request. We have options and can get creative with solutions to help.
Are we responsible if the roll-off dumpster gets damaged in any way?
Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our dumpsters. If damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (loading with equipment and hitting the side of the dumpster) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the roll-off dumpster. We do not want you or us to be in that situation which is why we ask you only load the dumpster by hand and not with equipment.
How high should I fill the roll-off dumpster?
Fill the roll off dumpster no higher then the top edge of its side walls. There is a sticker on each container that states maximum load limit. Ensure all debris is contained within the container to prevent safety hazards and transport issues.
How do I schedule a pick-up?
Your rental has 14 days included. We will follow up with you a day or two before your scheduled pick-up to confirm. If you need it longer, we will bill appropriately. If you are done with it earlier, please call, text or email us and we’ll schedule pickup.
How can I make a payment?
Credit and debit cards are acceptable payment methods. We also accept checks.
Snow Plowing & Removal
How much snow has to fall before you come out?
This is based on personal preference, or when the snow hits 1 inch.
What time do you start your route?
When the storm is complete, we will have the snow removed by your set desired time. In the event of a larger storm, we will come by and do a rough clearing in like the event you may need to get out until the storm has passed.
Do I need a contract?
No. While seasonal contracts guarantee priority services, we also offer one-time snow plowing for occasional storms or emergency cleanups.

What if I have a gravel driveway?
We can service gravel driveways; however, some gravel displacement may occur.
