Terms of Rental
Our standard rental period is 14 days. Additional days are $15 per day. We will call and follow up with you 1-2 days prior to your scheduled pick-up. If accessorial charges occur, there will be an additional invoice sent. You can pay your invoice by credit card, or we will accept a check/cash at the time of drop off.
Accessorial Charges
- Appliances (fridge, freezer, AC units, microwaves): $40 each
- Electronics (TVs, computers): $40 each
- Tires: $20 each
- Mattresses/box springs: $50 each
Overweight Charges
- Construction & Demo (C&D) containers: $85/Ton
- Mixed Solid Waste (MSW) containers: $115/Ton
Prohibited Materials
- Any fluids
- Asbestos
- Ashes
- Batteries
- Brush/stumps
- Gas/oil/LP tanks
- Light bulbs
- Paints/solvents/aerosol
- Pesticides
Terms
The customer accepts all liability for the delivery, rental, collection and any repairs needed to the container that are caused by the customer.
The customer is responsible for all materials placed inside the dumpster until the load has been disposed of.
K&S Roll-Offs, LLC shall not be held liable for accidents, injuries, or property damage related to the use of the dumpster while it is on the customer’s property.
By renting a dumpster from K&S Roll-Offs, LLC the customer agrees to the terms and conditions listed above. These terms and conditions represent the full agreement between both parties and replace any previous verbal or written agreements.
